Best Time Ever!

Our camps are the absolute best way to spend your school holidays and breaks - meeting new friends, having a lot of fun, and all in a safe and supportive environment. Each year, we run camps during every school holiday for children and youth from a diverse range of backgrounds and aim to provide exciting, fun and positive experiences for all the young people we encounter. We offer full day camps for boys and girls from ages 5-14 years old. We plan our camps to be full of skill-based activities that keep them active, engaged and unplugged.

Our camps are designed to build confidence, self-esteem & teamwork amongst the campers - as well as being fun! Although camp is an active environment, we try to provide a balanced program so that all children have just as much fun as possible. Children are well supervised & qualified first-aid staff are on-site for the entire day. We look forward to having your child at camp!

Spring Break Sports & Adventure Camp

This fun full day (8am-5pm) camp is for kids age 5-14. A typical day consists of hiking, fishing, offsite adventures, and fun team competition such as (tug-of-war, obstacle course or parachute running races) in the morning and a multi-sport curriculum in the afternoon. The multi-sport aspect of this camp helps to familiarize kids with a variety of sports (basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, kickball, dodgeball) so that if/when they are at school, in their neighborhood, or at a friend’s house and someone suggests they play a certain sport, the kids have the basic understanding of how the game is played, the rules to the game, and how to be a good sportsman while playing the game.

We will be going to Altitude Trampoline Park (Monday and Tuesday) for one of the offsite adventures and Westgate Lanes (Wednesday and Thursday) for the 2nd offsite adventure for the week.

We will send a Waiver for Altitude Trampoline Park the Friday before camp week, please complete the WAIVER and bring to camp on first day of camp. You will have to provide an original form to ASA staff, or your camper will not be able to participate. The waiver MUST BE COMPLETED even if you have previously completed one.

*If you would like your child to be grouped together with a sibling or friend(s), please add the note of it at the bottom of the registration form.

WE ARE CURRENTLY PLANNING ON CAPPING ATTENDANCE AT 70 CAMPERS PER CAMP. IF REGISTRATIONS EXCEED 70, YOU CAN REQUEST (via email - admin@austinsportsacademy.com) TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST. We will only add 10 families to our waitlist for this camp. If we have an opening and you are on the waitlist, we will contact you via email.

 

IMPORTANT CAMP INFO

What You Need to Know

Sign-In begins at 7:45 am each morning and the camp starts at 8 am.

FULL DAY CAMPERS - 8am - 5pm. Please pick your child(ren) up by 5PM.

*Note: There will be a $10 fee added per day for each child not picked up by 5pm. Please plan accordingly.

At Drop Off, there will be a staff member outside to check in your child.

At Pick Up, you may come in to get your child or call us at 512-382-6952 (there are signs outside with our phone number) once you arrive at ASA. Our staff will inform your child you have arrived and we will have them meet you safely outside our facility.

We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our campers, coaches and staff. We want every camper coming into the facility to know that their safety is our top concern during these times.

  • Upon arrival, you need to park your car then head to our check-in table set up outside the entrance of our facility, where our staff members will sign them in.

  • A designated ASA staff member will escort the campers into the facility or parents can escort the child inside.

  • We have capped attendance at 70 campers. Each camper will be placed in a group of 15-17 kids and remain in their group for the duration of the camp. They will not crossover into the other groups.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at check-in and throughout the building.

  • If you or your child feel unwell or have anyone in your household that is sick or vulnerable, please do not have them come. We appreciate your help and understanding as we all work together.

  • ASA does NOT provide lunch. Full Day Campers need to bring a sack lunch as well as two snacks and a full water bottle. ASA does have some snack items and Gatorade available for purchase. Half Day Campers need to bring one snack and a full water bottle. ASA does have some snack items and Gatorade available for purchase.

  • Please have your child wear comfortable athletic clothing and athletic/sports shoes.

  • CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY - To cancel camp reservation, please email admin@austinsportsacademy.com and provide the campers name and date/name of camp you wish to cancel.

    After registering for our camps, if you cancel a camp the amount of the refund will be 75% of the camp fee refunded to the family. If cancellation of camp is less than a month prior to camp, 50% of fee will be refunded. If cancellation notice is given 2 weeks prior to camp, 25% of the camp tuition will be refunded. If the notice of cancellation is less than 2 weeks’ notice, no refund will be given.

    If a child does not attend camp during the selected week, no refund is given.  

    • All refunds will have a $25 administrative fee accessed.
